Lavender Lane was established in 2004, when High Street Harvest moved to larger premises on the High Street in Lurgan. Glenda Ruddell had worked with family in a number of other florists in the Dungannon area, and she and her Husband felt that the Greengrocers – High Street Harvest,  that they took over in 2002, would benefit from the addition of a Florists.
